Roasted Salmon fillet with Sartori® Bellavitano Gold
Set the oven to 200°c
Blend the Sartori® Bellavitano Gold , breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon zest and olive oil together.
Add some vegetable oil into a pan, over medium heat. Add the salmon and fry without turning them until they’re almost done. (4 to 8 minutes depending on fillet size.)
When done, top with the mix of Sartori® Bellavitano Gold , breadcumbs and spices and put them in the oven until they´re golden brown.
Serve with potatoes and broccoli.
