Pasta by Sartori® Bellavitano Gold – when in a hurry
Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta to the pot and stir. Cook the pasta according to package directions
Stir cheese and blackpepper together with a couple of tblsp water (enough to make a thick sauce) in a big bowl.
Add the pasta with the cheese and pepper mixture, keep the pasta water. Stir the pasta well, add some olive oil while stirring. If the cheese isn’t smooth enough, add 1/4 or 1/2 dl of the pasta water to make it smooth.
Serve with extra grated Sartori® Bellavitano Gold and blackpepper, enjoy!
